Lost Gems

I need help with lost items i won 1k gems in the arena then its started laggging bad and booted me for around 20 min then when i was able to log back in for some Odd reason 400 gems where taking from me i have no mail of being attck from no one and i have not purchase nothing or upgraded nothing couse i never had the time to do it i was booted like 3 mins after winning them gems in the arena can a admin or someone help me with my lost gems thank you
yes many players have lost gems, it first started with gems won in the arena,when you get the hole in programing{bug}it starts to spread into any time you use gems
im sure the more people that report it the faster it will be fixed and the gems replaced
i had 100 gems in the arena and 7 mins until i got it they changed to experience
i don't care what happened or what kind of bug u have in your programming fix this
Also having gems for lvl up awards disappearing. Hit lvl 60 and you get a hero card and 60 gems then game lagged froze and I rebooted/refreshed now no leader card or 60 gems BUT I'm still a lvl 60. It's glitches like these that need to be address. If you win it and are AWARDED "whatever" gems, scripts, cards, coins I dont care what the award is it need to be given and also not taken back.
We're aware of this bug where sometimes certain things disappear on refresh. We're working on it.
why has no one answered my message about this from a few weeks ago? I won 1k gems as well emailed dawnseeker and use the contact us button and no reply. why do we not get the gems back or at least the $88 credit towards use on the game since that is what it would cost us to buy them. I am tired of no one getting back to me when I have a real issue and then you expect us to beta test a game for you. you are making a name for yourselves and it is not a good one.

Hello I lost Gems today it showed I wont them in arena and showed i had them but when i refreshed they were taken back can u please fix this it is becoming a problem

today i took gems from a player in the arena and it was 15 mins to the cool-down finished and they just disapeared.
i didn't change anything and nobody attacked me, nor did i refresh. they just vanished.
I Also lost 100 gems that I won in the arena. logged out and when I logged back in they were gone.
