We discovered the cause of this problem and the fix for this issue is in the next patch. Please note: purchased Gems are not disappearing. Its only happening with Gems that are awarded through random activities, so we won't be doing any replacements or reimbursements.

If you purchased Gems and had them disappear, that is a separate issue and you should contact support and they will investigate and replace any purchased Gems that are lost. However, as for as we can tell this is not happening to anyone.

I Also lost 100 gems that I won in the arena. logged out and when I logged back in they were gone.

yea, i lost mines but was on arena not on purchase. cool that will get fix soon.

thanks TrueGod, this is the first time that I saw that they are aware of the issue.

I know this is a beta, but I still think that an issue like this could have been replied to in a quick PM saying yes thank you we are aware of it and working on it. 20 seconds of time can make a big difference to a customer.

We participate in a beta test. Expect lots of things go wrong. Beta testers try to find holes in the game before general release. If lucky, we might even get a snazzy prize afterwards - like a bag of 50 gems for being a playtester.

That isn't right or fair. If won gems should be replaced. You all don't fix anything unless it is for your coiners. The rest of us aren't worth your time.
