Soooo, I think there's a bit more of a mistake on this-Lance's first attack is buffed-if you look at his numbers vs. enemy players' defenses, his first attack is definitely buffed, and his second attack will be double-buffed if it's also a skill attack. Either way (in case my number crunching was off), it's best to get a full LB set on him ASAP, since consecutive buffed skill attacks wreak havoc.
