    I know the leaders of Potentia. They know what they are doing and are as knowledgeable as anyone can be since this is such a new game. I urge the devs to look into this ASAP! This has happened to them, it could happen to any of us.

    Thanks for that Theora. the iDeadly crew is the bomb on Fire Realm.. Would hate to see this happen to anyone else. Hope it does get resolved quickly .

    was just informed by a VIP3 he lost 30 gems and over 600 contributions when Tynon evacuated our guild.. Dawn should i have them turn in reciepts or are you guys gonna do your best to fix this issue for us.. (I understand it takes time but let us kwo you have someone working on a solution. That would smooth a lot of ruffled feathers).. Appreciate a place to voice issues still

    Don't double post, instead edit your previous post.

    I suggest you to tell your friend to make a support ticket on the Billing department and wait for answer from them regarding his lost gems.

    i also suggest that u give a time limit 4 them 2 rectify the situation. i gave 5 day time window 4 it 2 be fixed b4 i charge back my losses. this is a suggestion and may result in being banned from the game idk. i hope they get back 2 me soon. we will see.....
