I suggest you to tell your friend to make a support ticket on the Billing department and wait for answer from them regarding his lost gems.
i also suggest that u give a time limit 4 them 2 rectify the situation. i gave 5 day time window 4 it 2 be fixed b4 i charge back my losses. this is a suggestion and may result in being banned from the game idk. i hope they get back 2 me soon. we will see.....
