Same as your form, except General in your Adam form, and Prophet in Generals spot. I do have a monster prophet, (16 stars) so a lot plays into that, he's irreplaceable, and actually better than Adam in certain occasions.
A 16 star Adam will always be better than a 16 star Prophet.

Just look at the stat increases.

Pay attention to the defense bonuses as well.
