Redesign of roster for GW

We need a much better way to lay out and fill rosters for GW. Since this is the only thing we can use, the small box, no way to see which Guild is in which City, the numbers get confusing and scrolling up and down, up and down is just inadequate when trying to fill rosters for 4/5 even 6 fights per night. Can't this be improved upon?? I can't give a layout suggestion here, but certainly make it somehow expandable. There's got to be a better way.

I do agree that it is somewhat inconvenient, but it wouldn't be a priority of mine.
