What if Stanley was like Big Brother in 1984?
They put a name to Tynon support to personalize it, but there is no one whose name is Stanley at Tynon Support. In fact, there is no one at Tynon Support, only pre-written answers.

Hello Tynon Support,
I just lost 100 gems to the fair because the stuff moved on its own when I wanted to buy a level 1 chip. I paid 100 gems for what I could have got for 18 gems or less. Can you please fix this? I paid for those gems. I want my gems back and you can take the coins back. I provided a screenshot.
18,816K coins for 100 gems. You can see the level 1 chip to its right.
Thank you

Greetings,
We can not arbitrarily modify players' data. Once the item is sold, it's almost impossible to return it back to the system. We hope you understand our position in this matter.
Best Regards,

I paid for those gems. I expect some kind of service from your part, not a pre-written answer. I'm pretty sure we can come up with an arrangement.

You've been credited with the coins for that purchase in the fair.

I don't understand what you did there. Did you give me coins? Cause I don't want coins...
Tynon support IMO is completely useless
I will be surprised if you still sending msges on Tynon support after about 3-5 msges you sent previously
Ive had problems with gems stakes once with the 1000
The game failed to sync and when i refreshed the gems were gone .. they still had 10 minutes left (Its a bit difficult to give a screen shot of gems that are not there when they keep insisting for a screen shot), so after a while I said screw it and gave up on them
Support was pretty good with me the couple times I needed help. There definitely is a person on the other end, although they probably do have preset text to choose from most of the time.
There is a confirmation button when you click in the fair. If you turn it off, there is a risk of misclicking. Every 30 mins, the items shift, so I always watch the timer when buying anything.
it means you have been credited with coins for your 100 gem purchase at the point of purchase, not that you got more coins. its in direct response to your "I paid for those gems. I expect some kind of service from your part, not a prewritten answer. I'm pretty sure we can come up with an arrangement."
so your comment "From my experience, you have to keep insisting until you get what you want or a reasonable offer from them."is unfortunately wrong. a lot of players on this forum will be able to testify that i am not a fan about the tynon support team, in particular the chatbot stanley. however, i have gotten many replacements from wrong fair purchases. i seem to have a "talent" to click on purchase at the same time or seconds after it just switched inventory. what happens is, it shows you in the small purchase window the old item, while in the shop window the new items move by one position. when you then click on "BUY" to confirm, you even see the old item fly towards your inventory, but when you check you have the new item in it.
the way how stanley solves this is checking first if you have the item, then he is asking you to sell the item and will wait for you to contact him again. then will double check the purchase and the sale and then finally will reimburse your gems you paid for it. (for that reason we suggested a few days ago a "refund window" with items that are eligible for refund. that being said, you can't sell the coins, so i assume that is the reason why "stanley" can not refund you for them.
