Yesterday I upgraded Cianna to the Champion Sword - it took all the resources and made the champion sword.
Today I log back on and she now has the Hope Bringer again, the plan is back in my inventory but I have lost all the resources.

Upgrade it again. Your computer must have failed to sync with the server.
