I have a bar that shows attack %. It loads up whenever I encounter and enemy, but I can't get it to do anything once it does. What am I doing wrong. I hit refresh but it happens again and again.

shows 100% under preparing battle but nothing ever happens
Sounds to me if your flash is crashing. Try clearing your cache out or try another browser like Chrome, that one tends to work best.
