    Angry Major tynon bug deleting your armor

    THERE"S A MAJOR BUG OCCURING ACROSS SERVERS.
    I HAD THIS HAPPEN 3 time in last 2 weeks.
    ANY ARMOR YOU BUILD AFTER 1st 5 is being deleted or degraded to previous Armor or being removed from your inventory.
    IF YOU PAID FOR GEMS to LEVEL up Armor and for Stamina.
    Your LOSING YOUR MONEY THAT YOU PAID FOR GEMS.
    TYNON AKNWELDGES BUGS.
    WHEN ARE you going to Reimburse everyone who spent money!

    I do not have this problem. I do see that after upgrading equipment the upgrade arrow is still there or the piece of equipment disappears from the Hero, but closing the Heroes screen and opening it again shows the correct upgraded equipment.

    or just click on the hero that has the missing item and it will reappear

    That's baloney excuse from a programmer or person who doesn't know how to test, who only has looked into he problem you only see the surface.
    I'm computer programmer 30years doing this I can spot bad programming and bugs immediately.
    I just two more pieces on 119 2 champ relics and lost 2 more full sets on 117.
    you have some bug overlaying deleting armor. it removes the armor and replaces it with lower grade or none when its apprentice. its like a bug happens on screen an error code popped up or your arena awards or other awards like after sailing are freezing the screen.
    you have to refresh. sometime later on then when you refresh the screen your armor is gone because of a bug. SOMETIMES YOU ACTUALLY HAVE ERROR MESSAGES POP UP.
    FIX THE PROBLEM...I SPENT MONEY for 1000 gems I keep getting back standard message from your Billing support ...thanks for notifying us on bug but...no refund on gems is mentioned. Your
    team even acknowledge that there has been a bug for sometime.

    Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket. By the way I am not a Ucool employee and, although I have been a programmer for 47 years, I have nothing to do with programming the game.

    This bug has not been reported by anyone else and may be unique to your account. Please use the Support tab in game to contact customer support and they will help you out.
