I have experienced an issue where my current stage of the story line quest (Split-up: Break the talisman) has everything done on the screen however the portal has not opened to allow me to move on.
Now I'm stuck not being able to make my guardian equipment because I have not unlocked the areas to farm the materials.
Help please.
I have this same issue but with the collect the lost weapons story line
Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.

I have logged this with support twice. The first time I had an answer saying that Guild War disconnect was fixed (not sure how this was related to my issue). The second time they have said they will fix the issue as soon as they can.
Frustrating because I cannot farm materials I need for my armour pieces because they are in the next areas. I was hoping someone on the forum might be able to provide me with a solution.
I suggest that you open another ticket and reference the original and explain the problem again pointing out that it has nothing to do with GW. On the subject put 'Please read before sending a canned reply'.

I have opened another ticket, included screen shots etc, and am waiting on some action.
