I have logged this with support twice. The first time I had an answer saying that Guild War disconnect was fixed (not sure how this was related to my issue). The second time they have said they will fix the issue as soon as they can.

Frustrating because I cannot farm materials I need for my armour pieces because they are in the next areas. I was hoping someone on the forum might be able to provide me with a solution.
