The thing is, the prize you get is an illusion.. same with tarven. because you see 5 cards dont mean you have 1/5 chance.. to pick a yellow is like 1-2%.. purple is about 5%, blue is like 20% and the rest are white.. (Thise are not precise numbers, just a estimate) but that means that even if you have 4 yellow cards and 1 white the chance to get a yellow is still very low.. ok, so here's more to complain about. ok 4500 chips got crap from them, even had a spin with only 3 chests. any guesses what i hit? that's right a lousy chest. why put the 1K,10K,20K gems in there to tease & sucker us into trying to get them when the chances are beyond belief. i think your algorythm or how ever it's spelled is malfunctioning BIG TIME.
So that's 45 spins... If the odds for any of the big stakes was set at 1 in 500 spins, 1 in 1000 spins, or even 1 in 10,000 spins its quite possible you wouldn't get anything you consider good. on my server Sword of tynon a lot of ppl have been getn a lot of good things but I only get 100 gems every 2 months apart while other r getting level 7 n 8 chips cards and skills frags and a lot of double on top of all dat I jus cant get lucky nowhere on my server n inferno69 is the top guild n have made others guild where they only can leave and join it

So far I have gotten a Lvl 10 Diamond and a Lvl 7 Topaz.
Just wondering what the scroll fragments were for?
Collect xx amount and then you can exchange them for a skill scroll.
