And yet there and many many kids that play that are under 13. The Tos or ERSB is set so that a 13 year old cant go and buy a M game, get a facebook account, or play some online game without a parents say so. Yet they still do, so I would rather approve of a game that he can play with me for 5-10 minutes at a time (given how easy they get distracted into other toys) Then have him wanting to play something like a zombie killing game, even though I am sure he plays the zombie game at his friends house. Also he has not played for a long time because of the brass talk and because of how easy it is to become addictied to online games.
