I assume that you have cleared the browser cache and the flash cache and refreshed. Look at the numbers under the inventory and bank windows. If the first number plus all the open slots is greater that the 2nd number then there is stuff hiding behind another item. You need to move each item one at a time until it shows up. If it is lest than the 2nd number that the inventory is messed up. You need to open a ticket and attach screen shots that show all the slots on the bank and the inventory and also that the Blacksmith shows it is not on a hero. Explain that you did the clear of the caches and moving all the items one at a time.


More than likely it will be closed with the 'canned' message. Then open another ticket with 'Please read the explanation before sending a canned message' in the subject. In the text put the first ticket number and explain that you had already done all the stuff in the canned message before submitting the original ticket.
