I did all that. Merged 4 lvl 3's this morning, the 4 again did not show in inventory. 100 gems disappeared out of my account since last night. Not the first time. I tried to stick it out because I paid 500 dollars to play this game. In the end it's just like everything else, nothing but a cash grab, lousy software and really it's not that much fun. Especially when stuff "just disappear" over and over.
