yeah it is like that, you can almost guarantee that if you need 5 moves to finish, you get something that will end you up short by 1 move or be a block on the last tile. on the other hand i NEVER heard anyone say "wow i had 2 moves left, stepped on the last tile and got a +4!" ... never. thats why i tell others in our guild to avoid the last destiny fields and try to switch them out or skip them.
