As for the first problem of being placed randomly -- they need to hit FIGHT in the 5 minutes of garrison time. This is the best way to prevent things like this (100% success rate for me and my guild). People who are late or don't show up at all...some days they are scattered, other days they are where I place them (unless we are attacking, in which case 95% of the inactives will be placed in the attacking city).
Ty for the info But, just imagine if it was fixed, instead of new Arena's being released... That would be nice.
