Missing quest: RACE TO THE TOP

There is a quest Race to The Top, and this quest does not show up on my screen, never has. So I am missing out on rewards that others do get.

A ticket had been sent in and all I received is known issue, please wait for fix, that was 2 months ago.

I would like to get these rewards for this quest, just like others who are playing.

Send in another ticket, include a screenshot if possible. If they don't give a response within a week send another. And just keep doing that.
