We have a good system in place on our server, instead of the top guys from 2 guild always fighting for the top spots in the UA one day ours hold pos 1 and 4 and the other holds 2 and 3 the next day we get 2 and 3 they get 1 and 4. We also have an agreement on gems and card stakes that is if the stakes are flashing and the person is not online its fair game. If they are online no touchy unless its ok by them. It helps keep things a little more peacefull all around, because if one top player decides its mine mine mine then the other top players make the whole other guilds life hell and we don't want that.
