At the risk of being hated and knowing full well that "nobody likes a critic", the reality is that without the critical eye, art does not get improved or refined.

It's no simple task to avoid the "Uncanny Valley", and much moreso when you want something to look real, or realistic....
-- I like the archer because you can tell that she's definitely not a man in drag. Obviously you don't want them Evony-sized, but accenting the curves and/or muscles may help. Fitness models may be your best bet to model after...
-- Overly feminine facial features (aka doll-like) are great for cartoons but end up in uncanny valley for realistic art. The reality is that almost everyone has a mixture of masculine and feminine (facial) features, and the "hottest" models have slightly more on the masculine while the "cute" are on the feminine side.
-- Where are the blemishes? (uniformly super-fair skin but no freckles?? tans, dirt, scars, bloodstains? etc).

Hope this helps. I love them so far!

I love this! I can picture this as a "photo-op" after they cleaned off all the blood from the dragon and sword, etc. I love the muscular structure: not too much, just right. There's even some blemishes that make it look REAL. The only question I have is ....
Where is the tan on his arms and shoulders?

Yes, but even the fairest of skin'ed persons, as well as the tanned persons, of every race do not have uniformly-colored skin. Time + Sun does this. The only ones with uniform color skin are the fake-baked (fake tans), or Vampires .... and it makes them look a bit weird.
Details ... such as dirt, tanning, blemishes (non-face) like these separate the good artists from the great artists. Even art museums and art-galleries (especially religious art galleries) are guilty of this. A good artist will create perfection. A great artist will create imperfection.

No hate, I appreciate constructive criticism. And you are right in your observations. With the program I use to create the 3D figures, I have to start with a base and add to it as I go. Think of all these initial images, the heroes are just level 10. As I advance them, I will add new equipment, clothing, features and character. Please stay tuned.
