maybe your frustration is because you dont understand the game mechanics during banish. your problem is because during the rage phase it doesnt matter how many times you hit him per round. it counts the total re-entries of all participating players that are at 35 i believe. so if it takes you 8 minutes to take him down you are doing it with roughly 4-5 players. so if you want the rage phase to take only a minute get 30 alts up. however if you really want to get into the next banish stage then agree with your friends to use the 2 and 4 gem revivals. with your 5 players you whould be able to do it then under 5minutes easy.
also the 10m (not 10k) is randomly determined and not by how much damage you did or how often you hit him.

Of course using multiple characters (alts) breaches the terms of use contract. I would reject advice from anyone who encourages cheating as a solution.

Well, I also proposed to get rid of it entirely since it really serves no purpose other than to punish players who are on less active servers/realms by making it more difficult to get to next-level bosses. A solution is to remove final blow, and reduce the time limit from 15min to 12min. After the fight, a random player is chosen to get the reward, and the text is changed to, "Great luck! Morgan is able to find Baal's still warm heart after the fight and is able to pawn it for 10,000,000 coin!"
