Unfair rewards for quitting

I stopped running a hero on another server several months ago myself. I got that email too. How about rewarding the hero I actually play every day???

just to see what i would get from casino, i jumped back into old server, and ended up with:

over 2k stamina
1 maria card
1 rhize card
2 alexa cards
1 saffron card
40 mil credits
120 mil coins


so yeah def not worth it.......besides, its the server where yue resides so would mean an awful lot of catching up - maybe if they tripled the return rewards it might make a difference, but even then i seriously doubt it

Players who haven't logged in for months get a package for coming back to the game now. If you played on the beta server you should be able to check it out on there if you haven't been on there for a long while.

that explains why so many coming back into the game the game to play. we had a big increase on our server and increase of applications too. only problem is that so far they all play for a couple days and make you think they are active and then disappear again.

I think this is completely ridiculous that tynon has chose to reward those that have quit playing with 1k gems 10k casino chips and 50 mil coins and credits, instead of rewarding the quitters you should be rewarding the people that are loyal and stay playing and spend money on your servers, instead you are rewarding people for quitting, i for one would be happy to quit playing if you give me those kind of rewards

This is a simple reacquisition email campaign that is standard in the industry. Some players left, and have missed some big changes, so we're sharing the chance with them to come back, get a few things to help them start building up, and to re-explore the game. It's not something that's been sent to all players, nor has it been sent to all players who have gone inactive. It's one of the many things we do behind the scenes.

Just talked to a couple more that came back and they did get a return package. While I don't really think it's fair to give rewards to those who quit and not those who stays, I'm fairly glad they are back and that they could possibly have a chance of catching up.

I think this is based on your account useage, bit on logging on to a specific server, so if you are still logging on to server 1 you probably will not get the email.

It would make sense to send this to players that have quit before the major update (the one where we got all the new heroes, royal arena, etc.), so ya, it's for people that have quit months ago (have not logged in since, as you mentioned).

The design of the game is such that after the first few weeks it is almost impossible to catch up. On a side issue, since the new patch I (pos 11 in arena) have lost lout significantly to the person in position 10, such that I think I will never make the top 10 in the arena, those there seem to be there forever. Tynon may need to rethink the reward levels.
