A suggestion to consider putting in a trade in option on "skill scrolls" for "skill fragments" so one can trade it in for another skill scroll if they were to roll the same one.

Right now, it already costs a lot in Casino to roll a skill scroll. It is more painful when you roll the same scroll.

Since each scroll has a set fragment value. Why not put in a exchange mechanism where you can receive fragments for the value of the scroll. Thus allowing you to trade back the fragments for a different scroll of your choice.
