It is 'by invitation'. You get an email with the information on what to do.

Did you play on more that one server before? It may be that the rewards were asses to your account on a different server. Open a ticket using the Support tab in the game chat window and ask them why you did not get the rewards.Originally Posted by Fantoom_3335686
