I believe level 3 hard would be Dragon Spirit. It is just not in the game yet. With it, the level 3 hard more may get harder once the Dragon spirit is released.
What about in the far far future (c. 2200) when the level cap is 125 and there is level 120 gear?
Currently Sirius gear is the highest level of gear available (swords and spirits only atm) therefore there is no current need to make a lvl 4 labyrinth.

not for sirius spirits, no. we need new quests to open up to unlock those parts for those materials. you can either use gems to craft it or be patient and hope the chests in arena drop enough materials so you can craft a sirius spirit that way.
No, but as greenly has said you can either conjure the materials or get them from the arena chests, there are at least a few players who have managed to craft a Sirius spirit one way or another.
Plans to expand are in the "works", as UCool is always building...... expect sometime between now and 2020. LOL There are more and more Sirius spirits showing up. I know many have 1, 2, and even 3 now.
There is a plan for level 4 when it is needed. Right now, level 3 hard covers the highest level equipment in the game.

OK I'll buy that because for us Level 3 Normal and Hard both have the Sirius plan
