yes, i forgot to include the 20% from rank. i also believe there is a max count on being able to click on the shrine (i believe its 25 click but can only guesstimate).
so your max coin amount you can click from the shrine would be the result of:
83% from royal
+ 150% city
+ 20% rank
+ guild skill
+ a possible random multiplier for up to x12 (i believe 12 is max)

and please regard: most unlikely but technically possible to get the x12 multiplier on each click up to 25 times
