I defeated, recruited Prophet Ezekiel and unlock 2nd space substitute.
But today I got bug game. I saw a message : "Defeating Prophet Ezekiel on Royal Duel unlocks 2nd in Substitute" even I have Prophet on my formation.
I sent an email to Tynon with this photo and Tynon replied "Have you defeated this hero yet?"
Too bad. They did not check my photo before they reply.
What should I do now?
When Stanley does that to me I open another ticket wit a subject "Please tread this before sending a canned answer" and in the ticket refer to the other one as explain the situation again. So far it has worked every time.
