While I wish I could say you were right, I can't. The pursuer only dropped justice helm and cloak.. That was it's loot table. Just like venomius only drops helm/cloak.
Saying what the loot table is now doesn't change the fact of what it was before today. Considering i've been killing him all week I know what the loot table was.

I recall a book.. 1984
main character's job was changing all documents etc of the past... to fit in line with what the political party was currently saying today. This way it all matched up.
