    Server 1 any idea when it opened?

    I know server 6 opened around June 17th 2013

    I'm just curious about how much time difference there was between openings

    At the beginning of June, but I do not know the exact day, when the game went live.

    Yup, Andy is right it was roughly 6th June 2013. Servers 1-5 all opened the same day and roughly 5-7 days later servers 6-10 began.
