Exactly the same issue on my server with three players with a crazy amount of alts. They seem to enjoy sinking certain players over and over again. They have been reported numerous times to no avail.
One of them even commented in world chat that nothing will happen to them while they are paying customers.

People post in threads openly about having alts and so many others have said they have reported this behaviour and nothing has happened so I guess he is right, nothing will ever be done while money is trickling in.

Sorry I have no suggestion for you, I will follow this thread with interest in the hope a proper answer, hopefully via the devs.

Ok guys here's the thing. If you suspect someone is using alts to gain an advantage in some way report it to Customer Support and not on the forum.

We can go round in circles how best to defeat alts and I even allowed and commented on a similar thread, but the truth of the matter is there are some measures to prevent too much gain but Tynon has some way to go to please everyone. However, players will always try and bend the rules to benefit themselves at the expense of others.

Revenge when they power down.

This leaves you open to being revenged back on Monday at the end of the day when you are loaded up with Credits for Tavern Tuesday. You may get a map but it really does not do you any good because thy will sink you again when you sail with it. Hitting the Alt when it is trying to pass the map back is also not effective for getting the map back because you can very easily hit the player that is taking it back because of Lag and more than likely they will take it while you are trying to get out of the battle so you can unboard, but at least you get a revenge that you can use during Guild Wars or some other critical time like that. In enough people in your Guild get revenges, you can coordinate them so they happen right after each, but about 30 seconds appart, other and it will keep them having to clear the battle scene one after the other and they will loose a lot of time.
