From the 5 characters I am Running at the moment I have received a total of only 2 Boss Gems (one Level 7 and 1 Level 8), got 1 useless scroll fragment - need at least 25 to use maybe in a year one other character might get one). I got 99 Blue Medals once, of that only got 1 star on each of 2 different toons. But 95% of everything I got was Treasure chests. Have done the "ten" roll maybe 4 or 5 times and everytime I got 8-10 Treasure chests. Of the treasure chests I get almost always level 1 gemstones
Casino is just another rip-off, very similar to the VIP wheel that I saw in Wartunes. Nobody, and I mean nobody ever got the great rewards like the high level gems, etc. Although a VERY FEW have gotten a couple of good items on the Casino wheel, the amount of gems spent to get them is outrageous. I agree, all the casino is really for is to make MORE money for Tynon. A skill scroll? Pfft. that will be the day. Nobody has ever won one and look at all the servers and people doing it. I don't waste my time on this at all...take the free spin and take the lousy chest as normal. Same with the card broker...the free draw is almost always a blue, useless card, but will say I have gotten some purple, but a gold? Won't hold my breath for that either. Anything that costs gems to play is going to be a win for Tynon and a lose for you. Just like betting in a real casino, the house has the best odds. Yeah, once in a GREAT while, someone gets lucky and gets 20000 gems or a mount card. But considering how many people do this game daily and end up with crappy, well, I will save my gems and get something I know I won't get the shaft with. Little faith, bah!

i have heard about 20k and 10k gems dropping on other servers and have seen so far 2x lv 10 chips on ours. so no one was "lucky" enough to get 10k/20k gems on our server yet, nor a skill scroll or enough fragments to buy one. however be carefull by admitting to running 5 accounts at once because its against your terms you agreeing on.
there used to be a higher drop rate in the casino before they lowered the price they charge for the chips and before the daily free spin. i almost intend to ask for raising the price back up if the old drop rates will be reinstated, because the "new" drop rates in the casino suck. upsetting tho about it is that there could be just one single chest on the wheel and the game is designed to make the graphic stop at the chest, even if it takes a second to skip from the previous to the last box longer so its gives you a "..yyyyyyyee... NOOOOO!" effect/feeling. the most frustrating part tho is that the kinks and bugs are not worked out yet and the GM's are in complete denial about this. like for example when i got a double spin during a double spin and it gave me 3 rewards instead of 4; or the other day when i got some medals but they wherent added. then instead of getting apologies from customer service i get a long list with rewards that i did get without the missing medals, just to confirm that i got no medals which i knew before and because of that i contacted them in the first place.
i like the casino but i hate the frustration that is married to it.

It seems the casino is also preset with what you win. Some people got lucky hitting the 20k gem or high level chip early. For those folks, their luck pretty much ran out for this to ever come again.
It is like there is a flag set to it triggering them based on how much you spend on casino. I myself have rolled over 2 million+ casino chips between all the vip free chips, and packages during holiday specials and using a lot of gems.
What I have to show for them is a few high level chips (10, 9, 8, 7's), a ton of leader cards and other hero cards, rhino, dragon mounts, over 4k+ blue stars (spent 1.5k to blue all my blue heros to clear inventory - what a waste), a ton of tokens, 100k+/stamina (spent 40k of it on just consuming mats to get to 115 within a few days), and over 100+ scroll fragments (sold some for gems). So far no 20k, 10k gems. Also not much if any level 10 chips (I think I got 2 this whole time).
However, it also gave me over 10bil+ coins and 5bil+ credits to roll a ton of taveryn cards, and power up my black smith.

Whoa... how long did it take you to burn through 5b+ credits?... I pretty much gave up spending mine. Still waiting for that synergia-equivalent for tavern.
It takes a long time to burn through all those credits. I do it as I get it each week. 5 Bil over months so it is not that bad.
I'm a little surprised at not seeing those annoying speakers on the casino game wheel... one can never have enough speakers <-- (rolling my eyes)
I won 1000 gems and I have spent no more than the newbie package $4.99 that contained the Maria Card. I used the gems tynon gives you for the week of daily bonuses when you first start. I was shocked I won them but I didn't spin the wheel 1 at a time as I had been doing. I had decided to try the 10x spin and on the second time there they were with all the chests, coins and credits. So from now on when I spin I'll do the 10x instead of 1 spin.
