equipment being deleted?

One of my guildies lost a cloak and it took a month and 4 tickets (one a week because the close the previous ones and could not request status) before it was fixed. The first ticket of the ticket was the canned answer and the other 3 sad that they would fix it 'when they had time'.

Just wanted to come back to this, Hartbleed is not an issue nor was it.

I will say, there may be issues of items disappearing, sometimes happens, and put in a ticket. However, with the amount of password sharing being done, that is generally the more likely reason for loss of guild and items. An account owner may or may not be thought of as having left the game, so they get farmed after having the account "modified."

Lately, when you upgrade a gear it disappears, but only momentarily. If you go up to diff hero, then back it's back to the upgraded one. That is just a visual lag issue I suppose. But it can throw ya off. Just mentioning, didn't used to do that.

and sometimes instead of disappearing the old level with the arrow is still there and if you click on it and then click on the material you end up with material that you may not need because you already upgraded.

So i sign into my account on the new server the other day and all of my inventory and my equipment was deleted! i refresh 5-6 times and it was still all gone i was also removed from my guild >.< i asked my host and vice-host if they deleted me and they told me no i was furious! so i wrote support about it and told them no one even gets on my account except me and they told me well don't share your password :| they didn't even listen and they said scan my laptop but i scan it every morning before getting on is anyone else having this problem or are they just picking on me?

i had the same problem with some plans just keep on the reply's and talking (nicely) to them and they WILL look into it

i have had this happening to me multiple times now, especially recently.
right now when i am about to craft something i remove all armor from that hero, craft the item, put it back on, restart and no problems.

All you have to do is click on another hero after you craft or just exit heroes screen.

i tried that before and thought it was smart, but next time you do that try switching heroes in your formation and find your recently crafted item on the previous hero and sometimes on a random hero.
