After being denied the returner awards because after being gone for several months, I actually came back a couple of days early and will not be given this promotion, so I thought I would go ahead and point out just a couple of simple fixes that would make sense to anyone a working brain that the developers can't seem to grasp.

1. Why is there a bank when you can't store coins or credits, you store weapons, materials, etc. Just an FYI, the rest of the planet would consider this a warehouse not a bank.

2. Why does my archer still purchase and upgrade a weapon he can't wield. He is an archer he should have a bow, just as the the hero that uses his fists should upgrade brass knuckles or at least something related to using his hands.

3. Thank you for not only making it difficult to catch back up to the people that are miles above me that have been here the last few months, but now all the people that were below me now have 1k gems, 10k casino chips, 3x the stamina and experience gained.

4. Why is the morale saint still happening, this is useless a week or two into the game. Also the block saint on mages...... mages can't block.

1. Yeah... tynon devs are not the best at naming...

2. I don't think that has ever been explained... It is probably something silly like the sword is magic and can turn into a bow... On that note, Dawnbringer's skill attack probably shouldn't be called sweeping slash (read my 1. again for more on that).

Why does it matter what people above or below you have if you haven't played that server in months?

I was pretty much tied for top player on my server, I could at least make a large comeback even after being gone for a long time, everything is accessible to buy now which sucks, but to be stiffed on a bonus by a couple days is just wrong. I had medical issues so I was not able to play, but with this promotion I could have really made up some ground. It's not like they couldn't see that my account was inactive and give me the rewards, it's just frustrating.

I'm just glad I did not spend any additional money yet and now that I see that customer support is worthless I will not be spending another cent on this game. They looted enough of my money when stars failed and would go down. Should have just stayed gone instead of working to get their players back myself to rebuild our level 7 guild. It's just comical to come back and every person i talk to is talking about their rewards they just got and i was gone much longer than most. Oh well.

They don't give the bonus to everyone who's been away for a while... so how do you know it's because you're a few days off?

someone else in my guild announced it two days after I came back, mailed support and was told I just missed it and there was nothing they could do for me. I'm sure a game that makes thousands upon thousands can't afford to to honor a promo that was missed by a couple days, wouldn't want to set anyone back. I also got a mail on another account on another server that i just used to chat with blayd who is the number 1 power player on tynon. I logged into that account 2 days after I came back to my main server and it had the promo. I didn't even coin on that server, but i did here, you would think they would want to keep the people that do spend happy and treat them as well as possible, instead they are just like well we got their money, who cares.

You're at around ~60m power, while the top player in your server (Andy) is 260m. So unless you spend tens of thousands of $$, you can't catch up to him no matter what you do.

Besides you're only VIP 3 or 4 last time you posted. You haven't spent that much money in the game really.

that is a lot of extremely helpful items. I would gain a ton of power, from what i understand level's get capped as they are still in development which is a great chance for me to make up ground. I have low power because my hp runes aren't leveled up very high as i'm all out attack for baal and cerb maximizing my coins, credits, and rep doing over 50% to baal and cerb. I could easily pull into the top 10 on the server with that package and some time and effort. I was 30 million power when I came back, I work fast : ) I was well ahead of ab when he was coining and I was still only vip3. Top 10 is doable and I can have a little bit of fun in champ warfare, not having that pack is a big blow to me though. My talents are blacksmith are extremely low, that's why i was suggesting to allow us to use gems to open slots not make it a vip must. Also, if me catching andy would cost 10's of thousands, shouldn't everyone just quit as blayd is now what 1 bill power? lol.

Very true. I just believe in strength in numbers and maybe dawnseeker will see, maybe set things right. Always worth a shot I guess. Herby and I have had our debates since beta : )
