People on my server who started just a couple of weeks before I did got the half mil rep bonus. I missed that. Now they are luring back players with this huge package. I am seeing privates who started the game and gave up now going to major and getting lots of cards and runes and stars within minutes. That half mil rep takes them high enough to get Adamanti which I won't have for about 4 more months. I can't compete with them. They are just kicking my butt all day and there is nothing I can do. Customer service said our server didn't get the rep bonus. They are wrong. Fort of Aenea did get it and some of the players who got that are getting the new baby come back pack and I have been here all along spending every dime I can and maxing out the assistant every day and get nothing. The bosses I am up against all have replays that include Adamanti and/or Bloodstorm. I feel your pain.

Yeah, to be honest I could not be in a worse position, I wasn't able to play for over a month then when I finally can I come back 2 days before everyone gets rewards for being gone. So the people who were playing made gains while i was gone, and anyone that comes back 2 days after I do get massive bonuses, beyond frustrating. Had I not met the requirements I would not be upset, but basically it was the exact promotion I needed.

Also who knows what kind of bonuses the casino would yield, maybe I hit 10k or 20k gems so there is no way to say in certainty that i would not catch everyone on my server, nobody knows what I would get from the wheel, except tynon : )

I was pretty much tied for top player on my server, I could at least make a large comeback even after being gone for a long time, everything is accessible to buy now which sucks, but to be stiffed on a bonus by a couple days is just wrong. I had medical issues so I was not able to play, but with this promotion I could have really made up some ground. It's not like they couldn't see that my account was inactive and give me the rewards, it's just frustrating.

I'm just glad I did not spend any additional money yet and now that I see that customer support is worthless I will not be spending another cent on this game. They looted enough of my money when stars failed and would go down. Should have just stayed gone instead of working to get their players back myself to rebuild our level 7 guild. It's just comical to come back and every person i talk to is talking about their rewards they just got and i was gone much longer than most. Oh well.

If they do give "returning awards" you just admitted you came back early by 2 days, so why would you be entitled to get them? Spend less time posting about it on forums and you'll be back at your spot, you left the game, doesnt matter for medical, vacation, death in family reasons, the game goes on.

I met the criteria of people they were giving the reward to as I was a returning player, the fact that if I would have not logged in for 2 days I would have all these rewards is just silly, it doesn't hurt them at all to apply the awards. I have nothing to do in the game as i'm not running on tons of stamina gems coins and credits, all my stuff is sitting on empty because I came back 2 days early. Yes, the game does go on no matter what, so why have a promotion to bring people back according to you, screw them right?

You obviously are not a business owner and never should be. If an item goes on sale 2 days after purchase many business will give them that price and it's not like it was a small event i was gone for well over 30 days. If it was my game I would want to make sure my customers/players were happy, and I would not be petty enough to deny someone something who met every criteria but jumped the gun by 2 days.

After being denied the returner awards because after being gone for several months, I actually came back a couple of days early and will not be given this promotion, so I thought I would go ahead and point out just a couple of simple fixes that would make sense to anyone a working brain that the developers can't seem to grasp.

1. Why is there a bank when you can't store coins or credits, you store weapons, materials, etc. Just an FYI, the rest of the planet would consider this a warehouse not a bank.

2. Why does my archer still purchase and upgrade a weapon he can't wield. He is an archer he should have a bow, just as the the hero that uses his fists should upgrade brass knuckles or at least something related to using his hands.

3. Thank you for not only making it difficult to catch back up to the people that are miles above me that have been here the last few months, but now all the people that were below me now have 1k gems, 10k casino chips, 3x the stamina and experience gained.

4. Why is the morale saint still happening, this is useless a week or two into the game. Also the block saint on mages...... mages can't block.

1) If you go to your "Bank", it DOES say "My Warehouse." Maybe, just maybe, they chose "Bank" for a shorter word to display rather than "My Warehouse" or "Warehouse" which could be confused as something else? Have you thought of that? Why are we arguing over unimportant semantics? I mean, this is just complaining for the sake of complaining and adding no value whatsoever

2) Purely cosmetic. It represents a weapon. Taking one step further with your logic, if your hero needs to equip a bow, that would mean he shouldn't be able to swap weapons with sword using heroes. And I guess Alci should have an axe too. If you are going to be anal about one part of it, how do you justify being allowed to swap it around freely? Don't ask the devs to waste time on frivolous cosmetic stuff. It takes them long enough to get new content out as it is.

3) Ah, I see. It all comes down to this item. The whining. They have to establish a cut off date of when to apply this. No matter when this date is, someone is going to feel upset they missed it. Is that so hard to understand?

If you get it, then everyone that missed it by 2 days will expect to get it. Then the guy that missed it by 3 days will say, "WTF, you adjusted the rewards to include these guys and now I missed it by a day?" It would just go on endlessly until everyone gets the reward. Maybe after 30 or 45 days of inactivity any acct has access to a special sale pack that has all that stuff for say $10 or $30 or something. That would be interesting. That or I didnt get enough sleep last night and aint thinking this through

Rofl, your intelligence level really makes me laugh. Do you think they mass mailed people and gave out that free stuff to people with no reason? They are trying to bring people back into the game so that they will spend money, just a bunch of little credit cards running around with swords... even if your an archer. In regards to your other spam messages which you are obviously not able to comprehend on your own. There isn't exactly a mass amount of people that have been inactive for 30+ days that just logged in. They can check your activity on the account it's not a mystery.
