Thanks Yelsha - but i think the issue is most people do not see the entire problem
The problem imo is two fold
1. the balance between server population - so someone on server 91 can get 99% of damage - while on server 1 the best we can pull off is 20-30% for one person
And I think this is what most people are recognizing as the issue
But to me that is the least of my concerns. Since I dont care too much about CWF.
The main issue to me is
2. With the cap - as players power up in larger population servers fewer and fewer people will get any coins/cred/rep. Eventually it will be less the 5 players per realm that collect 99.9% of the coins/cred/rep
Players now who get 1-2% of the damage will eventually get .10% of the damage.
This will happen on Server 1 first.
It will cause people to stop playing banish, then since they have no real way to keep up with the ever increasing costs of gear and runes - they will quit the game
The cap will kill Large population servers.
Plain and simple. This may be what the devs want - Who knows.
I think every suggestion just about is better then what we have
But each has flaws, that only address part of the problem or are just another band aid
Im not even sure if my idea would totally fix it all once and forever or if it would create new problems. But I think my idea is the closest thing to completely fixing banish
