smoulder vs general mulan

i have both these heros but i dont know which one to use, i tried out both of them and i see that mulan doesnt miss. any advice which hero is better?

If you want a mage in your formation, you are better off with Mulan out of those two. She almost never misses with a good hit rate and can inflict some decent damage if her magic attack is built up.

Queen B for PvP if you have her. No matter what Mage you use you need a high preciseness (at least Lv 9 but yo begin to see the difference with lv 10).

What about Maria? I hear conflicting reports. I tested this a bit with Preciseness 12, on and off. Seems to help, but the difference is small so I can't be certain. For Shayd it is night and day difference, so I really wonder if it has any real effect on Maria

Preciseness strongly affects Maria's hit rate when she heals below 10000. I have not tested her when she heals above 10000.
