every time i try to start my game it brings me to the character creation screen. anyone know why?
Make sure you are in the correct server and using the correct email address to log in. If that is all OK, log on to www.tynon.com and go to billing support and submit a ticket with the server and in game character name. This happens some times and they are able to restore the account.

I have the same problem and Tynon don't seem to be trying to solve this problem

I have not been able to fully upload my game for two weeks? I get 96% loaded and it stops. Anyone know why? (MysticFlame)
