today upgraded toon on lightning of tynon from 6 to 7 stars. gave 7th to me and failed to announce or update my power. when I switched screens and returned no 7th star and my blue stars were gone. second time this happened ,,,,you need to fix it and give me my upgrades
Use the Support tab in the game Chat to open a ticket. Make sure you include the server and your game name in that server in the information provided. Be as specific as possible including the approximate date and server time when it happen. If you have any evidence, such as screen captures, attach it to the ticket.

Nothing is high on Tynons fix list. Good luck with sending in a ticket, I have been waiting since January and haven't gotten a satisfactory resolution yet.
