Need a little help please

Since the end of January I have been unable to get any further in story mode because the quest "Front Battle" wants me to collect 3 weapons but only 2 have been available. I have put in 4 tickets and I keep getting told that they will fix the problem as soon as they can. The last time I received this message was yesterday. Does anyone have any advice on what to do with this? I have put my name, server number, and given as much detail about the guest and the exact section of story line it is in. I really like the server I am on and would like to keep playing with everyone. It would also take me a long time to get the amount of power that I already have if I start over in different server. Thanks for the help.

Keep writing them everyday. Tell them that it needs to be done right now.

If you have not already done so, try using the Battle button on the lower right of the screen. Then click on the boss that does not say Passed. Then auto navigate the quest by clicking on the quest name on the pop out thing on the right edge of the screen about 1/2 way up.
