Simple question what is the the next Guild Tech past VIP and what does it do?

There is currently nothing past VIP, each upgrade in science museum will allow you to get higher techs so if you upgrade to lvl6 techs you will be able to learn all techs up 60

Currently on the topic of guild techs, why dont we have a guild tech which gives a discount on all talent upgrades OR a guild tech which reduces cool down times by say 0.1% each time you upgrade your guild tech (this 0.1% applies for both suggestions)

if they ignored it once then they likely to ignore it again

hmm, how about mentioning this sort of thing over and over again where we keep persisting to have the sort of the changes and threaten tynon that we leave the game if they dont implement our suggestions, then they cant say no ... or can they? - just a thought
