CERB/BAAL Alts Joining without being in a guild?

Yes I know, they can easily create a guild and join. well make them. This morning someone made 2 accounts with no gear and was in our boss and yes they got the last hit. I find it actually dumb to take the time to make an account just to take another guilds last hit. But Whatever. Put the cap back on where you gotta be in a guild and put a level cap aswell say level 50 before you can join alts or make it where if only 10 people or less the top 5 are thrown into the lotto of who gets last hit. This alt topic is redundant. I put in all the work for someone with .03% damage get the final hit? Really?..... End of rant.

Since the mounts are so expensive i have found this is the easier way to farm to get to dragon. While the coiners are stuck coining the alts are farming...

first of all, the 10m is not guild related, its player related. also if someone can afford a dragon, trust me they can also feed them without farming alts. however, thinking about this situation there is also a possibility that those alts are totally unrelated and only there to speed up the last hit during the rage phase to be able to move onto the next banish stage. they could also be returning players using the returned-beginners package or whatever they call it. chances are slim but it may be a future guild mate for you that wont quit after a couple days. i guess they wont continue to play if you continue to scream at them and leave just as fast as they returned.

You make a very good point. But in realm chat I ignore them hence my post here. Because you make a valid point. I dont wanna jump to conclusions. But when they make statements like See ya tomorrow ie. Be back next time. And the accounts are 2 days old with no gear. I coin So the last hit isnt a big concern to me. But to my smaller guildies this is a lot. We are a divided server. 1 dom guild for each realm. /water/fire/forrest/ But if it is a returning player with the package This isnt the return i was looking for! LOL. Cheers! Thanks for your input. Always nice to have a differense set of eyes looking at the sititaititiation!

Yep I see this all the time. The sad part is that these returning players are forever branded on their server as "alts" and can't ever prove they're not an alt, even if they coin.

95% of the players are arena filler. That is, people create characters for the sole purpose of stocking the arena and never coming back or playing seriously.

on the backside of the story, just to look at the positive side, i can ensure you that in the near future you will be happy they are there and actually hitting instead of standing there. during the rage phase the game mechanics count the number of entries and not how many times they hit or for how much damage. so when you are about to upgrade your banish, you will notice you will kill it in like 10 minutes but take 3-4 minutes to get thru the rage phase (and yes i can do basic math but it takes 2 minutes to even get started = you need to kill it within 13 and not 15minutes). so every alt, griefer, idiot is a helper at that point unless you and your guild mates decide to gem it and revive during rage phase. at that point you will start ignoring the occasional 10m and dont even worry about how will get them.

It's a common phenomenon for the upper players to label all casual players as "alts", moreso the very casual players, and yet these are real persons.
This phenomenon is better known as the Wishful Thinking fallacy.

    For example:
-- I started on an old server, one of the first. Even after exceeding 10 million power with a full set of level 8 runes and champion+ spirits, VIP1 with Maria, they STILL think I'm an alt.
-- Go to your own server's guild list, to "other guilds". Now you see all those dead guilds with 1 player in them? Yes those are real players (real dumb, but real players).
-- Many players play on multiple servers. Some of these for social reasons and not necessarily to play Tynon (sorta like mine on the old server). While it's not their main Tynon toon, they're definitely not "alts".
-- Every server has its share of "kids" who may or may not be old enough to play the game. Often these kids aren't even smart or motivated enough to craft Hopebringer gear, and if they do they'll typically leave one of their toons half naked with level 0 apprentice gear. Yes these are real players.
-- If you're on a EST or CST server you have kids getting home from school to hop onto Baal :-/
-- And all those annoying kids in Realm Chat ... Yes these are real players too *shrug*
-- In fact every single type of player on this list ... sadly ... is a real player too

There is already a level Cap to enter banish its lvl 20 or 30 and it cannot be very high as when a new server starts everyone is low level and all fight banish.
