ultimate arena needs to be fixed

You found an issue / bug go to support and report it But i have been playing ultimate arena since it was introduced but never came across such an issue that you explain. in other words its not working the way you are complaining, so if you have better evidence to prove it please go to support and report it. End this conversation here.Period.

Customer support is worthless, I just like to keep pointing out flaws in their game since they decided to deny my returner awards.

it has happened to me. it is not a bug, it is, as revan has said, the result of a lot of battles taking place at the same time. if you took 16th and that guy takes his stakes back, but was hit and lost in the mean time, you will get his new position, which in this case was 30th.

nobody else hit either one of us...... It was just a fight between 16th and 17th

It seems like it just moves you back sometimes into random positions just like it randomly shows people in front of you instead of going 1 by 1.

This was before the heavy jostling for position for arena benefits started and we were hitting each other.

Also thinking there aren't bugs in the arena is just silly. Do you have any idea how many times my auto collect has tried to claim my stakes and i get failed to sync and have to refresh?

If the attacker is attacking you from the Realm Arena, this could possibly happen. I am ranked 10th in the realm arena, but 3rd in the UA. If you do not attack fellow realm mates in the UA, your position in the realm arena doesn't change. but, if they should attack you, it's possible for you to drop many places in the UA.

This isn't possible...as soon as you pass your realm mates in UA you pass them in realm arena. You could be at lowest third in your realm arena.

@Caedus, You have to defeat the people in your realm to move ahead of them in realm arena rankings. Simply being in front of them does not count. I am ranked first in realm arena, but there are currently 5 people from my realm ahead of me in UA.

i was 17th, hit 16th and took spot, they hit me back and i went to 30th.... so if that's the case i'm getting hit from 30th place when i'm in 16th....

Actually that doesn't make any sense at all. I was 17th when i hit them so it would not make sense for them or me to go back to 30th

Anyway you want to slice it needs to be fixed. Shouldn't go from 16th to 30th in 1 hit, especially if you hit them from 17th.

Most likely you took their stake when you hit them and they took your spot by reclaiming the stake...they can click on their stake to reclaim no matter what their rank is

battling one person between 16th and 17th, each time you lose you go back to around 25th or 30th? I would think if i was 16th and 17th beat me, I would go to 17th . Just a thought.....

who cares? unless you are 10th or higher it doesnt matter and is the same income
