I agree up to a point. If the original tread has useful information that is still current then I do not see why it should not be resurrected. If you want to see the new stuff, use the link on the top of the tread to go to the first unread.

Ideally a 'official' tread could be maintained for each hero/boss and the relevant parts of other treads copied into it with a link to the full discussion. This would provide one place to find out information about the hero/boss in one tread and if you want to look at the discussion you can use the link. Unfortunately that is a lot of work. I, for one, do not have the time to do it. Perhaps if we ma group of people in the forum would volunteer to maintain a few of the treads then it could be done. It does not take a moderator to do it either.
