That's pretty much the only place you can get the mats.

I don,t understand why people complain about dragon scale being offered. It's a good news. The game is being developed. A patch must be coming with new heroic and quest bosses. I'm close to completing my judgement sets and I'm on server 106. The people on the early servers must have been dying for new content.
