I also get the change done in less then 30 seconds. It does however take some strategic thinking before hand.
I make sure there is no extra gear floating around and keep some of the heroes in that I use for banish.
That way there is no need for inventory space.
Just make sure you know which heroes has what gear on and drop the right ones on eachother.
This just takes some preparing and consistency when dressing your heroes before they change to banish form.

i like this idea. would be nice if you don't have to wait till the lasst second and then maybe miss a hero with gear too while in a haste just to keep the rank you gained till banish.
Why not make it at server reset. That makes more sense to me.

No, I'm not doing it to try to get someone angry. I'm doing it so I can get adam faster and get more gold and credits.
And as for your no attacking 15 minute before arena reset idea. With that idea you would have to trust others to not take your spot for 15 minutes. In general I find that others are not that trustworthy, so I battle for the best rank I can get 30 seconds before arena reset. Why set an arbitrary time like 15 minutes before arena reset, when you know others aren't even going to abide by that? Then I have to wait until 9:44 server time instead of 9:59 to do my rank battles. That will cause arguments like, "but you hit me 10 seconds after 9:45", etc. So the other person gets angry and takes your spot back, and it becomes a back and forth argument over who did what, etc.
It seems to me that there is meant to be a battle for rank a few seconds before arena reset. If a guild wants special rules like not hitting guildies 15 minutes before, that's fine; but other guilds are fair game imo.
That said, I would prefer arena reset to be done at reset time. It would end all of this drama.

Not everyone has the speed apparently that Chicken has to change, I often miss the first banish hit or am late. More than once the runes were left off or on the wrong hero, in haste. LOL What would solve this is that form save idea. You can pre-load and save the forms, then change very quickly. It can be like the form save in CW, only include the runes and everything on the hero. That or move the time of arena reward back one hour. That seems easy.

If we don't get formation presets, then at least make a, "Runes," popup that works in the same way as the, "Equipment," popup. Drags runes from your chest onto the hero you switch you, or from the hero you just replaced.

The one issue with making it at reset will be people who have to go to bed early for work or school the next day.
I was thinking this too, but then i thought how having it at cerb is a disadvantage for people at work. Bottom line, there will always be people afk during arena payout.
