I wanted to share an idea I had regarding implementing a new hero. It would be a hero that would be particularly useful against a formation with morale retention heroes in it, such as Blood, Pompei, Khan, King Theseus, and Scipio. Someone could run a formation without Herja or Ezekiel, and I predict that more heroes with morale retention will be added in the future. Why not make a hero useful against them? Flavius is useless against them. Calvin is weak.
So here are a couple of suggestions. Feel free to say which you like, which you hate, and why!
Golden Calvin: Same skill as Calvin, but would deal more damage and have better innate bonuses, such as +20 hit rating and +20 critical hit, or 25% physical and skill defence.
Calvinistic Rhize: Similar to Calvin in damage output (i.e. weak), but sends his Will Breaker skill in a Piercing Thrust fashion.
Calvinistic Prophet Petosiris: Similar to Calvin in damage output (i.e. weak), but sends his Will Breaker skill in a Smashing Cleave fashion.
Calvinistic Dawnbringer: Similar to Calvin in damage output (i.e. weak), but sends his Will Breaker skill in a Sweeping Slash fashion.
I understand that these heroes can be rather overpowered, but this is why I suggest that they be weak damage dealers, (except for the golden calvin, which is still a single hitter). I think this would add a bigger strategic dimension to battles, and it seems to be a natural strategic response to the morale retention heroes that are being added.
