Um Chicken, Honey Mustard, BBQ or Extreme HOT?
*Bangs head against desk at the one dimensional thinking on this forum *
Ordinary players spent time on creating guides, assisting others with suggestions, tips and forms. uCool own the hosting rights (and yes they create the rules as they pay for it), the copyright Becalvert posted refers to the logo and the name. The news section only gets read by a small section of the entire player base (yes you lovely forum goers) which is why there are system mails sent out when new patches are launched. It's not the be all and end.
Yes it's nice to hear from dave and co when there are problems or to hear their opinion when you put forward suggestions but the rest of the time, it's the grass roots which keep this forum alive. Without you guys posting here then you truly have a dead forum.
Try and remember that.

Cool me too...........
I think we've got a misunderstanding going on here. I wasn't talking about who owned the forum, that is uCool and Tynon without a doubt. This is the official Tynon forum. I was trying to explain what makes a forum, which is the people who contribute to, not own it.
Wicked said if we don't have regular Tynon rep input it will kill this forum That is a defeatist attitude and unhealthy way of thinking. There have been a lot of ordinary members who have put a lot in to this over the last year, giving up and walking away just because Dawnseeker left is ridiculous. As with all message boards you get out of it what you put in. If y'all go 'let's not bother any more with it' then yes davemata won't waste his time posting to a non existent audience.

Davemata is one of the good guys, he always seems to have understood the players more than Dawn did on the Evony forums and he communicates far better than Dawn ever did. I suspect that Tynon people have nothing to say at the moment which is why we are not seeing him on this forum.
I have had plenty of dealings with Davemata as an Evony player and not only is he very approachable, he has a great sense of humour too.
I don't know where Tynon is headed in the future, but I like the direction the game is going so far. As for Dave, I wish him the best of luck in his new role.
