You will not be helped there. You will receive a letter explaining that you never really had those coins and credits to begin with. Your client makes mistakes and adds them twice and their server is not subject to the flaws or lag like our clients. When your client and their server show a difference you are forced to refresh and the error is corrected. This makes it appear as though you are being robbed of millions of coins and credits when you are not. If you send them another response saying bull sh*t and tell them to fix their code and stop ripping you off they will send you a two page accounting of the coins coming and going from your account. By the time you get this you will not remember what you did or didn't buy on that day.
They will be sorry for any inconvenience this causes you. Such as having to spend precious gems on coins because you were saving enough to use your blacksmith in half an hour but their broken code and refreshed robbery made you too broke to do so. They will not be sorry enough to give them back or to fix the code your client uses, which is what loads up when you log in. Good luck with that ticket though.
